poem no. 2

Beauty on earth,

I love red pepper,

– wow!

I wish, the piece you think,

Not literary wisdom,

But split arch’d Sappho,

Lines! Had poet yet,

“Parnassian” & exalted poetry!

Jokes on fawning portraits,

As the same kind bodily health,

Repair, and accept, and gift, hope…

Everything “Impromptu” on time,

Notions, to our own secular,

We might learn something, as well,

Bounds!

As well, of wits in works, read, raise, feel…

Illuminated birds, circle burning tenements…

Each morning pigeons, 2 or 3…
